I am currently only offering mobile massage services in the comfort of your own home.  Please call or text to schedule your session.

 

 

May I suggest the following to help reduce stress:

  • Download the app "Calm" - meditations, music, books, and other resources available on this app to help reduce stress.
  • Practice yoga in your homes - there are several YouTube channels, find the one that suits you best.
  • Use the self-care tools that you have at home - foam rollers, cups, Epsom salt, muscle rubs, etc.
  • Practice breathing techniques.
  • Stay active - take walks, stretch, and continue to workout (not at the gym, they are closed too).
  • Avoid loneliness - reach out to friends by phone/text/social media, take an online class, work on an art project, or clean out that dreaded closet (we all have one).

 

Stay healthy and I'll keep you posted with any future information about when I will resume clinic sessions.
